Dr. Ray Seol
Artist | Educator | Creative Thinker

Hello, my name is Ray Seol,

and I strive to remain a child of creativity.

As Friedrich Nietzsche writes in Thus Spoke Zarathustra, the human spirit undergoes three transformations: the camel, which bears the weight of duty, tradition, and expectation; the lion, which claims freedom by defiantly saying “no” to imposed values; and finally the child, who embodies renewal, playfulness, and creative force—able to say a wholehearted “yes” to life by inventing new values (Part I, “On the Three Metamorphoses,” 1883).
